Bird nests and nesting material in the chimney can be extremely dangerous and can lead to chimney fires or carbon monoxide fumes entering the room. Therefore it is most important to ensure any nest material is removed before the chimney is used, that is why we always carry out a CCTV inspection when removing a nest.
